Toasting Marshmellows

While it may not seem like the best time of year to toast marsh mellows for me it couldn’t be better. I live up in the mountains at a higher elevation and the nights can get a little chilly. I recently purchased a outdoor fire pit to warm up my patio on those chilly summer nights. The other day my wife, kids and I were sitting around and my youngest suggested we roast some marsh mellows. I ran inside quick to get the ingredients and luckily we had Graham crackers and marshmellow. We used some barbeque skewers we had and in no time we were enjoying delicious roasted marshmellow.
